Two things inspired me to start this blog:
1. I LOVE to bake
2. I'm gluten-intolerant.
Once I realized I was gluten-intolerant I automatically assumed I'd never touch another baked good again...
Wrong.
With this blog, you get to follow me as I work my way through many gluten-free cupcake (and other) recipes and try to make copycat versions that taste just as good their gluten-filled inspirations. Each week I'll try a new recipe and let you know how well it bakes, tastes, and looks.
Feel free to post any ideas you'd love to see recreated and I'll do my best to make a GF version of it!
